Georgian design studio Rooms has created a larger line of products, which were shown earlier this year in Milan at Ventura Lambrate. I am always delighted by Rooms’ creative designs—they typically come up with a great piece of furniture or a typical accessory except they add a twist of some sort that makes the piece special and unique.
Above, their new Blossom chair is upholstered in their signature Blossom fabric. They also have a rug and wallpaper that uses this floral-meets-geometric pattern.
Embroider Blue is a bench that can also be used as a coffee table or day bed that’s been enhanced with geometric embroidery. Some threads have been left hanging, making this feel more like a functional art piece.
Their Knitted Armchair is inspired by the Georgian national knitting techniques.
Collector’s Box is a storage chest for beloved or cherished items, but can also be used as a room divider. It comes on roller legs or brass plated steel legs.
This playful chair called Ironic is made of soft sponge material sandwiched between two pieces of wood.
Invisible 2 is a side table that is made of mirrors that reflect their surroundings, making this table hard to distinguish in certain environments.
