A Shelf Inspired by the Ropes in Boxing Rings

Cuerda is a new product from Emmanuel Gonzalez, a designer from Chile, who took inspiration from the ropes that you find surrounding a boxing ring. The threaded, elastic cord pulls apart for easy access and then when released, it partially hides the contents.

You can store books, knick knacks, or even speakers, because the cord won’t interfere with the sound.
