I just got my hands on a new book by Linda O’Keeffe called Stripes: Design Between the Lines. We don’t talk much about books here, but I have to admit that this had me at the cover. If you love everything about parallel lines, then this book is some serious eyecandy. O’Keeffe explores the history of the most basic patterns of all in the context of art, architecture and design from furniture by Anthony Hartley to art by Jim Lambie to exteriors by Stamberg Aferiat.
