Designer Stephen Burks has continued his partnership with Roche Bobois by designing additional pieces for the Traveler collection, a colorful display of woven outdoor furniture. Initially, there were two versions of the armchair in 2015, the American and the European, and now they’ve explored Asia for the latest incarnation. With tubular, lacquered steel structures and woven colored cords, the newest pieces are available in two colorways – bright coral, red, and yellow, or soft grey, white, and turquoise – which were inspired by Indonesian craftsmanship.
The collection includes: the Traveler Outdoor Armchair with Hood, the Traveler Outdoor Armchair, the Traveler Outdoor 3-Seat Sofa, the Traveler Outdoor Round Dining Table, and the Traveler Outdoor Bridge Chair.
