Housed within an historic building in Lisbon behind an Art Nouveau facade, this classic apartment blends modern and vintage pieces to result in a modern abode with a slightly masculine feel. Designed by Tiago Patrício Rodrigues, the home evokes an eclectic, homey feel with vintage rugs and contemporary art.
A 1950’s paper storage piece became a sideboard that holds a selection of artwork. A Persian carpet anchors the room.
In the dining area, a dark glass and chrome table are paired with four Cesca chairs by Marcel Breuer. A 70’s shag rug defines the space.
Wood panels disguise the bathroom’s entrance and access to the hall’s closets.
The bathroom is decked out in Bisazza glass mosaic tiles in water green.
More Bisazza tile was used behind the stove in the kitchen, but this time in a deep yellow color.
