The Teapot Gets a New, Updated Look

Paul Loebach designed the Ora Teapot for Kikkerland using double-wall glass eliminating any need for a traditional handle. Double-wall glass and its thermal properties keep the tea warm on the inside while keeping your digits unburned on the outside.

The outside never gets hot to the touch so you can carry it around and hold it to pour as much as necessary. The teapot’s small diameter makes it easy to hold with one hand, unlike your typical, round teapot shape. It’s also much easier to store.

Ora is made of tempered borosilicate glass, just like the laboratory glassware it was inspired by, giving it the perfect weighted feel in the hand and making it durable for repeated use.

Loebach even designed a set of Tea Cups to go along with the teapot.
