Ever dreamt of stepping into the shoes of someone you admire or perhaps sleeping where they slept? Well, the New York City loft that was once the home and workspace of artist Jean-Michel Basquiat during the height of his career in the 1980s, is now available for rent through Airbnb. The two-bedroom, 2,330 square-foot-space, located on Crosby Street in SoHo, can be yours for $650 a night.
And while the space no longer shows traces of Basquiat’s work, the fourth floor walkup would be a lovely, light-filled place to stay if you’re looking for somewhere with a bit of history.
