Situated in downtown on 2nd street, the hotel and residences focus on collaboration, wellness, and creativity, within its 32-story building that features 244 guest rooms along with 99 exclusive residences.
With an emphasis on sustainability, the building is LEED Gold certified utilizing reclaimed irrigation systems, in-building chilled water loops, centralized boilers, low-VOC paints, energy-efficient LEDs, and insulated dual-pane UV-blocking windows.
Kelly Wearstler worked with local artists and materials, which are prominently featured throughout, including ceramics by Rick Van Dyke, and locally quarried travertine. The hotel also features an award-winning dining destination called The Peacock, led by McGuire Moorman Hospitality.
