Remember this video from our Instagram page? Well, we had to revisit RockPaperRobot and their brilliant Ollie Collection of transformable furniture that’s perfect for small living situations. Utilizing flexible slatted surfaces, they’re able to create pieces of furniture that become flat when not in use.
The Ollie Chair is ergonomically designed with lumbar support to be a comfortable seat when you need it. The interchangeable tambour surface collapses with a simple pull of a string to flatten it for easy storage. It comes in various configurations, like bar stools, chaise lounges, and dining chairs.
The Ollie Table is mounted to the wall and it extends out to variable lengths, from a small desk to a large table. When not in use, the surface hangs unobtrusively against the wall. When it’s needed, simply pull the bottom edge out to extend it. The slats can be swapped out for customization.

This is creative and well thought of. a question though, how stable is the furniture when in use especially the chairs?
