6th 1448 Houghton Residence ZM by SAOTA and Antoni Associates
Cape Town-based SAOTA (Stefan Antoni Olmesdahl Truen Architects), in collaboration with Antoni Associates, completed 6th 1448 Houghton ZM, another jaw-dropping residence. Located in Houghton suburb of Johannesburg on a slightly sloped, tree-filled lot, the U-shaped home sits around a central courtyard giving access to all spots in the residence.
Split-Level Beach House in South Africa by SAOTA
From the Cape Town-based architectural firm SAOTA short for Stefan Antoni Olmesdahl Truen Architects) comes another superb home situated in Voelklip, Hermanus, which is on the Western Cape of South Africa. The Voelklip House is a split-level beach house built for a family of four along the coast.
Home with Mountain and Bay Views by SAOTA
The Cape Town-based firm SAOTA (Stefan Antoni Olmesdahl Truen Architects) is known for their jaw-dropping designs and the Montrose House is no exception. Located up a steep incline at the end of a cul-de-sac, the home overlooks a valley and has views of the mountains and bay off in the distance. This house was made for the outdoors and the views of them through the walls of glass that cover the house.
