Inspired by nautical aesthetics, the space is influenced by coastal Italian culture and sleek yacht interiors. As such, high-gloss timber and lacquer detailing are embraced by mid-century Italian furnishings fused with modernist architectural style.

The property boasts a rooftop pool with private cabanas as well as two signature Italian dining establishments within. The six-story property includes 100 guest rooms and has attained gold-level LEED certification for environmental sustainability as well as green energy-efficient lighting.
