Melbourne-based furniture designers Luc Fauvrelle, of Lucious Handmade, and James Taylor, of Hamilton Taylor Made, joined forces on a collaboration that’s resulted in The Staple Collection. Since 2015, the duo have shared a workshop, which led to a desire to produce handcrafted furniture using sustainably harvested hardwoods. The locally-produced range of pieces includes minimal tables and shelving that pair wood with steel rod for honest furniture that’s designed to last a lifetime.
